    What should we know when operating a shredding machine? 1. Regularly inspect all connecting bolts and the square head bolts for fixing the toothed plate. Prevents loosening and ensures the shredder's safety. 2. Lubricate each bearing bush, large and small gears, and special-shaped gears 1 to 2 times per shift to ensure sufficient lubricating oil inside the bearing bush and reduce over-decomposition wear on the bearing bush and gears. 3. Control the feeding particle size to ensure it does not exceed the specified size. Your ability to maintain continuous and uniform feeding is key to preventing material blockage and ensuring the efficient operation of the shredder. 4. Regularly check the temperature of the bearing. The temperature rise of the bearing bush should not exceed 25 to 30 degrees Celsius above room temperature. 5. Clean the bearing slide way of the moving roller frequently to remove dust and impurities to prevent materials from entering the moving roller and causing accidents due to its inability to move. 6. When there is a sudden power outage, first disconnect the power supply of the motor to prevent accidents caused by sudden power restoration. Then remove the unshredded materials from the shredder to prevent the safety pin from being cut off due to excessive load when the shredder starts. 7. Pay close attention to the working condition of the safety pin. If the safety pin is cut off, immediately disconnect the power supply to prevent the large pulley from rotating idly in the sleeve for an extended period. This idle rotation may cause excessive wear on its mating surface and even lead to shaft seizing and other accidents, resulting in significant damage to the equipment and downtime. 8. Operators must strictly follow the safety technical operation procedures and should not operate at will to prevent personal and equipment accidents.
