Reasons for the shortened lifespan of twin shaft shredder blades:
1. Under different conditions, such as harsh weather or rain, the twin-shaft shredder can rust and become heavy.
2. Different materials: there are many types of materials, some brittle, some moderately hard. Some materials are not suitable for shredding by a twin-shaft shredder. When the blades encounter materials that are difficult to shred, it greatly reduces their lifespan.
3. Irregular maintenance and inspections: some maintenance workers may lack a sense of time or be lazy, often forgetting to check and maintain the blades, which shows irresponsibility toward the shredder and also shortens its lifespan.
In addition, there are other factors that can reduce the lifespan of twin shaft shredder blades. These issues need to be given sufficient attention during actual production to prevent such situations. We know that any tool, if only used without proper maintenance, will have a greatly shortened service life. However, if we learn to perform appropriate maintenance properly, we can significantly extend its lifespan.
