The shredding system is a key link in the home electrical appliances recycling process, comprising multiple efficient processing stages. From raw material feeding to the final sorting, every process plays a significant role. Firstly, used home appliances are sent into the crushing system through chain plates or belt conveyors. Here, the two-shaft shredder thoroughly disassembles household appliances, reducing them to smaller fragments. In the shredded materials, metallic substances such as iron, copper, and aluminum, as well as non-metallic substances like plastic, are separated, facilitating subsequent reuse.
Next, the shredded, initially decomposed waste materials enter the sorting system. The metal components are separated by magnetic separation. Then, advanced sorting technologies, such as eddy current, vibrating screens, and air separation, are used to refine the recycling of different materials further. Ultimately, all recyclable resources, plastics, and metals like steel, copper, aluminum, etc., will be efficiently separated and re-enter the production cycle, giving new life to used household appliances.
